The Philippine’s First Beach City…Rising!

Luxury is attention to detail, originality, exclusivity and above all quality according to Angelo Bonati, former Luxury Veteran and Chief Executive of Officine Panerai – a luxury Italian watch manufacturer. That is why we are bringing luxury to the province particularly to Region V; A first of it’s kind in the Bicol Region especially in Camarines Norte known for their small & sweet pineapple throughout the world along with their infamous surfing beach site.
It is located approximately 363kms. southeast of Manila or at least an 8hr. drive through the infamous “Bitukang Manok” in Quezon Province and coursing through Quirino Highway in the south. Arriving at the junction of Quirino Highway and Sipocot, you should turn left to be able to reach this beautiful town nestled between verdant green hills and coconut groves with just a whiff of the warm sea breeze.
Camarines Norte is abundant in agriculture and mining/jewelry crafts, but, there is more to this lavish region than what meets the tourist’s eye!
Here are 10 must-see Camarines Norte tourist spots you shouldn’t miss:

  • Calaguas Islands
  • Bagasbas Beach
  • Siete Pecados, Mercedes Group of Islands
  • Mampurog River
  • Malatap Falls
  • Mahabang Buhangin
  • Colasi Falls
  • Cadig Cave
  • Paradiso Verde Organic Farm & Resort
  • Pineapple Island Resort

Aside from these beautiful places, you can savor the freshest seafood, assorted fish, local delicacies and sumptuous food establishments available all around the town of Daet itself. It is a first-class municipality who has a population of 104,799 as of date. The province has 13 fishing ports in the coastal municipalities and one feeder airport in Bagasbas, Daet. The province has an international seaport located at Barangay Osmeña, Jose Panganiban town servicing one of its major industries, Pan Century Surfactants. The seaport is approximately 5 kilometers (3.1 mi) from the town proper and an hour ride to the capital town of Daet. The province’s economy largely depends on agriculture, with grain crops, vegetables, coconuts, root crops and fruits as its main products. The four major manufacturing and processing industries in the province are mining, which largely contributes to the income of the province.  (particularly gold and iron ore), jewelry craft, pineapple, and coconut industry.
The plan to bring the 1st Beach City in the Philippines to the public is more than just a dream, it’s a plan long overdue! It would feature a world-class hotel and condominium with an infinity pool spanning the whole spacious frontage that would rival the world’s largest rooftop infinity pool at Marina Bay Sands in Singapore. We will also throw in a world-class amusement park, training centers, a shopping mall, food shops and lots of parking spaces with the longest boulevard in the Philippines as its foreground.
